The straps on top are too loose. They ruin the sandal by not being tighter. Definitely a manufacturer fail. The sandal flops all around awkwardly because there is no support from the top straps.

Love these sandals. They are cute with shorts, jeans or a dress. Very comfortable. True to size. Wear a 7 and they fit perfectly!! Great quality. I have received several compliments in these sandals. The real tell is when my daughter tries to steal them!! :)

The sandals are nice however the top straps are too big causing discomfort. I returned them.
