not as good as other styles

I love a previous pair of BZees that I bought, and have used them as 'house shoes' for a long time because of the hands-free slip-on feature. Wanted to try these flats as an alternate / backup, but they didn't fit as well as my current pair. I have a bit of a narrow heel compared to my toe area, and these shoes didn't stay on my foot.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Check Inserts

The shoes themselves are cute and fit well. They come with comfort inserts. One of the inserts seems to be just thrown into the shoe. It doesn’t fit the shoe correctly. I compared it to other insert and found it was bigger. The shoes also came in a ripped box with no lid. I’ve never had an issue with ordering shoes from DSW. I will have to make a trip out to the store to return shoes that no one bothered to make sure had the correct size insert.

Yes, I recommend this product.
