My Kelly & Katie flats are so comfortable and I was looking forward to buying some heels. These are so stylish but they are unfortunately the most uncomfortable pair of heels I now own. They get tighter as the day goes on, usually within an hour of me putting them on, and at the end of the day, my dogs are barking! It's too bad because all of the flats I own in this brand are so comfortable.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Cute but absolutely not comfortable past 15 minutes of wear, if you wear wide width. I went off of the reviews and wound up disappointed.

Perfect addition to my shoe collection! So comfortable! They did slip off my feet a couple times reason for the 4+ but I love this brand so much! Always comfortable shoes

These are the best shoes for the holiday season! I wore these with both dresses, pants, and jeans. Looked great with anything and they are very comfortable. So glad I got them!

Toe box too stiff

These shoes were so uncomfortable that I will throw them away since I wore them for a day and cannot return them. I ordered my regular size originally, but when I tried them on in the store, they felt too tight, so I went up half a size. I brought them on a work trip, so I was stuck for the whole day with them. My heel kept slipping out, and I got two massive blisters on each foot on the big toe and the big toe joint. By the end of the day, I couldn't walk in them anymore and had to take them off and walk barefoot in a very corporate environment. So embarrassing!!
I loved the look of the shoe and the heel was comfortable but the toe box issue feels like a problem with this brand.

Received Used Shoes Instead of New

Very disappointed. I ordered a new pair of shoes and received an obviously used item. The shoes arrived with dog hairs stuck to a sticky residue on the shoe itself, which is completely unacceptable for something sold as new. This is a hygiene issue and shows a serious lack of quality control. I’ve purchased from DSW before and expected much better
