Beautiful look but poor design

These sandals look beautiful but have no support. I have skinny feet and my foot was hanging off the outer side. I tried two sizes - 8 and 8.5 and no matter how I adjusted the straps, my foot just didn’t fit right on the sole. Honestly it’s bizarre and so disappointing.

Pretty sandal. Looks exactly like the picture. Did not stay on when I walked so returned. My foot is a bit on the wide side and spilled over the side.
