DSW needs to use protective packaging for shoes

This product was shipped completely unprotected (zero wrapping or stuffing to keep them from bouncing around during shipping) and in a damaged box. There were a couple of (minor) scuffs on the shoes, so I'm guessing these were returns. I told DSW about this, and they sent me another pair with only minimal protective packaging. A few days later they offered the same product on Facebook for 30% less (around $58) than I paid. I also mentioned that to DSW, with no response. That said, I'm happy with the shoes themselves.

Great looking shoe!

My son wears these. Loves the look but not super comfortable. He doesn’t wear them a lot & isn’t sure how they’d hold up if he did.
